Why is regular cleaning necessary?
Just as the clothes we wear need regular washing to keep them fresh and hygienic, so carpet and upholstery furniture requires periodic cleaning. Accumulated soil and grit are major causes of reduced carpet and fabric life and enable destructive and health harming mites and bacteria to work unchecked. Cleaning costs are minimal when considering the replacement costs of carpets and furnishings. Regular cleaning makes economic sense!

Will all the spots come out?
Not all the spots can be removed, just like not all spots come out of your clothes. This depends on whether you tried to clean the spot yourself or not, how old the spot isand what caused the spot.

Do you use any chemicals?
Yes, we use Prochem, which is:

Do you place foil tabs underneath the furniture?
Yes, furniture is placed back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs, because the moisture left in the carpet will leak out and leave stains that are difficult to remove. The tabs are included in your quoted price and we do not charge extra for this.

Will you groom my carpets?
Yes, we will groom the carpet after the cleaning to leave it in its best condition and appearance.

How long will my carpet take to dry?
The drying time for carpets and soft furnishings can vary due to the following conditions: relative humidity within the environment, the degree of soil contained within the carpet or fabric, the moisture retention, rates of the respective fibres (Nylon, Polypropylene, Wool, Cotton), Weather Conditions.
